Open House at Hearthwood Wetland

Saturday, June 7th

Join The Wetlands Conservancy at Hearthwood Wetland in Clackamas County for a day of exploration. This dense hardwood wetland is at the headwaters of Kellogg Creek and provides crucial buffering between I-205 and the communities of Johnson Lake. Hearthwood is home to small woodland mammals, songbirds and raptor birds, amphibians, fish and more, but it is not usually open to the public. Come visit with neighbors, peek around the rough trails, and maybe help us spread some native plant seeds. Bring binoculars and muck boots if you really want to explore! This event is free and family friendly and light snacks are provided. Registration is not required, but is appreciated!

10am-1pm at the intersection of SE Wood Village Ct. and SE Hearthwood Dr.
