Cleanup and Planting at Hedges Creek

The Wetlands Conservancy

Fall is here and that means it’s finally planting season! Join TWC volunteers and neighbors as we show some love to Hedges Creek wetlands this November. We’ll grab trash, tour the site, and plant native plugs and shrubs along the water line. This section of the creek is home to owls, herons, frogs, turtles, and so much more. Let’s spend the morning removing hazards and adding complexity, giving them all the best chance at a safe and healthy winter season. This event is free and family friendly. Tools, gloves, and light snacks provided. RSVP required.
