Gathering and Work Party Apache Bluff

This hidden neighborhood wetland edge of the Tualatin River is home to amphibians, songbirds, small mammals, and offers important foraging ground for local beavers. As we prepare to rename the site (with input from you!) we invite neighbors and community members to come take a look around and get to know the space. TWC will share plans and aspirations for the wetland’s future and then we’ll get to work! Stick around after the first hour if you want to help with some trail maintenance and nonnative species removal along the edges of its small creeks and ponds. Gathering from 5-6pm, work from 6-7:30pm. Tools, gloves, and snacks provided. RSVP here!
