Pond Habitat Enhancement at Apache Bluff
Join TWC for a day of thinning canopy, spreading twiggy debris, and prepping the site for frog and salamander success this winter. This prime amphibian habitat needs more attachment material and sunlight penetration for conditions to support quality egg-mass development. We’ll add complexity to the water’s edge and maybe remove some nonnative species while we’re there. This event is free and family friendly. All equipment provided.
