SPRING AND SUMMER NATURE WALKS AND PROGRAM

A joint program of the Wetlands Conservancy and the Tualitin Heritage Center

Join TWC staff & volunteers for a series of 1.5 hour Bird & Nature walks this spring, as we look for the last of our wintering ducks and sparrows and begin to find the spring migrants.

Wednesday, April 9th, 8:00 am. Migration will be well under way with new arrivals every week.  We may find lingering waterfowl as well as early songbirds.

Wednesday, May 7th, 8:00 am. This week is the peak of the spring migration. We should find warblers, sparrows, swallows and many other songbirds.

All walks are at SWEEK POND, located behind the Tualatin Heritage Center at 8700 SW Sweek Drive, next to the new Tualatin Police Station.

For more information call TWC at 503.691.1394 or the Heritage Center at 503.885.1926.
