Windsor Place Wetlands was donated to TWC in 1993 by Arthur Piculell and
William Cox, developers of an adjacent subdivision. TWC manages the
property primarily for passive recreation and water quality improvement.
Restoration and Enhancements
Restoration work has been done at the site by students at Damascus Middle
School. Classes have worked to remove blackberries and plan hundreds
of native plants. In January 1999 volunteers from the Milwaukie and
Clackamas Rotary Clubs worked with TWC to plant more than 300 native trees
and plants.
